So Big
Up until about a month ago, Grandma Gritzner's nickname for Drew was "One Trick Pony." This is because "So Big" was about the only thing he would do on command. Well, being around a billion other toddlers and babies at the Meyer campout must have started the gears turning because immediately after we got home, Drew was busting out all kinds of new tricks. Additions included, waving bye bye, crawling around like a crazy man, saying "da da" then "ma ma", pulling himself up to standing on EVERYTHING, folding laundry and playing the tongue clucking game. The clucking game goes like this; Drew makes the clucking sound with his tongue, then we do it, then he does it, then we do it again and so on. Very exciting! He still doesn't want to pat-a-cake on his own. He thinks it's hilarious when I do it with him but the buck stops there.

Maine
A couple of years ago, I became obsessed with horses. I probably would have brought one home if I thought our townhome association would allow it!
While on vacation in Maine visiting Bum's parents, Mitch suffered through a few hours of shopping with me in a cute little town with lots of specialty shops and such. That is where I found my horse! I told Mitch that if he bought it for me, I would stop harassing him about getting a real one.
It worked! And now Maine hangs out with Drew and enjoys wrestling on the couch, getting steamrolled on the floor or watching videos with him.
When we move into the reverse culdesac, I call horse farm!

Crabby Town
The last few days have been a tad rough on my little man...and Mommy and Daddy too. We added cereal to Drew's diet for breakfast and dinner and in turn, we didn't see a poopy diaper for two full days. This from the boy who normally produces 2-8 per day. So thank you rice cereal for the whole 4 hours of sleep we got Sunday night followed by a napless, crabby and finicky Monday. Lucky for us his Pampers held strong last night when he filled them to max capacity. To celebrate, we started on Oatmeal this morning. You can see how much he enjoyed it!

Strollin
We had a beautiful day a few weeks ago and had our first walk outside. He wore this cutie plaid number that our friends Emily and Harper got for him. He really likes going on walks and all the fresh air puts him into a nice long sleepy slumber!
We went on a walk today with Jenna and her dog Maggie. It was pretty windy so Drew got a little too much fresh air for his liking. What was more fun was watching Velcro get defensive and chase poor little Maggie around the house.

5 Favs
Check out these super cute jam jams with the space shuttles and rocket ships! I can't believe he's in the 3-6 month clothes already.
Here are Drew's top 5 favorite things to do right now.
1. Chew on his hands...Complete with a lot of drool.
2. Eat! We upped the bottles to 6 ounces and added cereal once a day.
3. Watch TV with Daddy.
4. Pet Velcro... and sometimes even Payton. Believe it!
5. Take naps with Mommy.
